Phase 4: Second Realization — How can I help women?

How could I help women navigating these hormonal imbalances? Because, honestly, it feels like almost all of us are affected in some way.
I understood burnout way too well. I’d skimmed the edge of it more than once across my careers—but thankfully, I recognized when to pull back. Not everyone around me was that lucky. Watching female friends and colleagues crash and burn broke my heart.
After successfully reversing my PCOS and experiencing three consecutive regular cycles, I knew what I had to do.
In 2023, I enrolled in the only women’s health coaching and functional nutrition institute recognized by the NBCHWC. $11,000 and a certification later… I realized something huge:
